Aprilaire Co-op Advertising Program is a great cost-effective way to help you get new sales leads by promoting your business along side Aprilaire products.

Here's how it works:

  • As an Aprilaire dealer, you automatically receive $1,000 in your annual co-op advertising account
  • You'll grow your co-op account by earning 2% on all additional Aprilaire purchases. For example, if you buy $50,000 in Aprilaire products, we will credit $1,000 ($50,000 x .02) to your co-op account

Just fax, e-mail or send copies of purchase statements or invoices and Aprilaire will do the rest. It's that simple!

Co-op Advertising

Using the co-op program gives you the ability to promote your business for half the price. Aprilaire will pay 50% of the cost based on your account balance. Professionally developed advertising materials for Aprilaire products are pre-approved and ready to go. You can order them today and start generating leads tomorrow:

Imprinted Literature

Custom imprinting is a great option for your business. Let Aprilaire imprint your information right on our literature or direct mail pieces, "Click here" to view Aprilaire tools and pricing. To "Order imprinted literature", please contact us at 1-800-334-6011. When calling, please have the following information ready: Form number of piece you would like imprinted and the quantity desired, the exact information you would like imprinted, credit card number, expiration date and the name on the card.

Direct Mail

The direct mail post cards below are available for custom imprinting of your dealership name or logo, address, phone number, website address and coupons- with up to a maximum of four lines of print. Imprinting is available in black block type. "Click here" to view Aprilaire tools and pricing.

POST CARD / PLENUM STICKER

The following pieces can be imprinted or ordered with a blank area for you to place your dealer information on the piece yourself. To order blank, click "Order This Form", to order the pieces with imprinting, follow the directions on the bottom of the page.

Air Filter Reminder Post Card (form 2245) - Send this to each of your Air Cleaner customers to remind them that it's time to call you to change the filtering media.
Water Panel Reminder Post Card (form 123) - Send this to each of your Humidifier customers to remind them that it's time to call you to change the water panel.
Plenum Sticker (form 141) - Place on plenum after you install an Aprilaire air cleaner or humidifier and fill in service dates, as well as your name and phone number, so you customers know when (and who) to call for service.
